HOW GOOD DO YOU WANT TO FEEL?

Are you a mushroom eater or not? Personally, I do not like to eat mushrooms but when I learned about ALL of the benefits of taking adaptogens from an organic mushroom blend, I got charged up and was all in!

I have been dealing with a variety of health issues for a while now and have been taking various health supplements on and off for years and have always promoted what works for me. However, taking so many different things got really annoying, that is why I am so happy that I finally have ONE (lemonade-like) drink that actually helps me to give me good, clean energy, (no jitters; no crash,) mental clarity and focus, which is a huge deal for me, as a brain tumor survivor with scatterbrain; {LOL} but most importantly, it helps me to feel better overall!

It is not just about the focus. I cannot even explain in words the overall feeling of wellness that just begins to happen when I take this every day. (And for purposes of this article, I am specifically referring to the nootropic that I take and am now a brand ambassador for.)

My favorite things about this are that now:

-I can now replace all that other stuff I was taking, or just use as a dietary supplement;

-I can help my family, friends and online community feel better;

-I can also earn extra income just by sharing my link with others

-and I am taking something that is natural/organic and is:

  • Dairy-free
  • Soy-free
  • Vegan
  • Non GMO
  • Keto-friendly

And best of all, it contains an organic blend of:

  • Lion’s Mane
  • Cordyceps
  • Reishi
  • Turkey Tail
  • Shiitake
  • Chaga
  • King’s trumpet

So, I will not make any medical claims. I will just leave you with information straight from Google on the possible health benefits of each ingredient:

Possible Health Benefits of Lion’s Mane:

  • protect our memory and
  • fight against dementia,
  • quell symptoms of depression,
  • promote healthy and speedy nerve cell recovery,
  • reduce the risk of stomach ulcers, and
  • reduce inflammation all while
  • supporting the immune system.

Possible Health Benefits of Cordyceps:

  • Ease fatigue.
  • Improve how you use oxygen when you exercise.
  • Destroy tumor cells.
  • Reduce bone loss.
  • Stabilize the heartbeat.
  • Lower triglycerides, total cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein (LDL), and very low-density lipoprotein (VLDL)

Possible Health Benefits of Reishi:

  • enhance the immune system,
  • reduce stress,
  • improve sleep, and
  • lessen fatigue.

Possible Health Benefits of Turkey Tail:

  • balance blood sugar levels,
  • boost athletic performance,
  • fight viral and bacterial infections, and
  • reduce fatigue.

Some proponents of turkey tail believe it can prevent urinary tract infections (UTIs) and protect against age-related cognitive decline.

Possible Health Benefits of Shiitake:

Shiitake mushrooms have one of the highest amounts of natural copper, a mineral that:

  • supports healthy blood vessels, bones, and immune support.
  • Renowned for supporting immune health and overall vitality, they bring a natural boost to your daily life.
  • Shiitakes are not just a food ingredient; they’re a key to maintaining your everyday health and well-being.

Possible Health Benefits of Chaga:

  • reduce oxidative stress,
  • lower β€œbad” cholesterol, and
  • support immune function;
  • provides various health benefits, including maintaining healthy blood sugar levels and promoting liver, heart, and intestinal health.

Possible Health Benefits of King’s Trumpet:
Pleurotus eryngii, the scientific name for king trumpet, has potential to

  • protect the brain,
  • promote healthy cholesterol and
  • support immune function.
  • King Trumpet mushrooms are a good source of niacin, a B vitamin that supports brain function and protects against age-related cognitive decline.

GLOSSARY:

What is an Adaptogen?

“Adaptogens are herbs, roots and other plant substances (like mushrooms) that help our bodies manage stress and restore balance after a stressful situation. People take adaptogens as herbal supplements in capsule form, drink them in teas or in a powder added to soups, smoothies and other foods.

Any kind of stress β€” physical, emotional, hormonal, and even things we eat and drink β€”affects the body’s systems. Experts believe that adaptogens interact with the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis, which initiates your body’s stress response and plays a big role in keeping your body in balance.” (Source: UCLA Health)
