YOU DON’T HAVE TO SAVE THE WORLD — Just Shift Your Energy

How Your Mindset and Energy Affect the World Around You

The world feels loud, heavy, and chaotic right now and for many of us, it’s exhausting. And by “the world,” I am referring mainly to this country, the U.S., because it’s where I was born and raised and every single day lately, feels like it’s in a continuous state of turmoil. I have never felt this way about where I live, so it’s an odd feeling to assimilate. I also don’t think there has been this much political animosity since I was born. Somehow, this feels different. More ominous. More dangerous. More impacting of future generations.

We all know the political climate is loud and can divide, but the collective energy we feed it is louder and we also know that energy multiplies.

In times like this, how we act matters more than ever. Not just politically, but energetically. Chaos feeds chaos. Fear multiplies fear. And every reaction, online or offline adds to the emotional climate we’re all breathing in. Laws may govern a nation, but the energy we carry determines who we become within it.

When the country (or your own environment) feels this divided and unstable, it’s easy to slip into anger, fear, or the belief that nothing we do actually matters. But that mindset is part of the problem. Whether we realize it or not, how we show up, how we speak, react, and treat others feeds the collective energy we’re all living inside of.

We are all puzzle-makers in the jigsaw of life  ~Lissette Ro

It is like we’re all pieces of a big puzzle and every move affects the end result.

Everything is energy. Our thoughts, emotions, and actions don’t stay contained; they ripple outward. When we lead with hostility, hopelessness, or chaos, we amplify it. When we choose restraint, compassion, accountability, and grounded action, we stabilize the environment around us. This isn’t about ignoring reality or staying passive, it’s about understanding that personal responsibility still exists, especially in moments of unrest. Our energy either adds fuel to the fire or helps calm it. There is no neutral. Even when systems feel out of control, personal responsibility doesn’t disappear.

I am a big believer in that everything will be okay (eventually.) I also believe in metaphysics, in spirituality and in having faith over fear. I do not entertain the feeling of powerlessness and condone any acts of lawlessness.

When everything feels out of control, it’s easy to believe we’re powerless. But here’s the truth we often forget: our energy matters more than we realize, so we have to remember: Our vibes matter more than ever. In a world built on frequency, vibration, and connection, the way you think, feel, and act doesn’t just affect you, it ripples outward into the collective.

Ignoring the hard stuff isn’t the answer, but neither is living in a constant state of fear or negativity. Now, more than ever, it is important to intentionally focus on the good. We may not be able to solve every problem or be able to “save the world,” but by making a positive difference in just one person’s life, or just changing our own vibration, we create a ripple effect of hope that can truly affect the collective.

When we shift our own energy, even in small ways, we create a ripple effect that reaches far beyond us. A kind word, a supportive message, a moment of compassion can quietly change someone’s day, and that impact doesn’t stop there. It spreads.

What we put out energetically is what we get back. While it is very difficult to ignore the bad and turn a blind eye, it is more important than ever, to find and FOCUS ON THE GOOD!

The more love, kindness, and positivity we share, the higher our frequency and the more we influence those around us, and in turn, the world.

When we choose to lift each other up, we create a wave that can shift the collective consciousness for the better.  Remember, our feelings and actions aren’t just affecting ourselves, they are shaping the world around us. So, let’s focus on spreading light, compassion, and good vibes because together, we can make a difference. Even if it’s only in small sectors of our neighborhoods, workplace, friends or family units.

Our energy creates ripples like a satellite or a radio wave. Think of your energy like a radio signal or a ripple in a pond. When you send out love and kindness, it travels out into the universe, like a broadcast or a wave.  Someone else picks up that signal, and it can lift their mood or shift their vibe without even realizing it.

We have that POWER!

WE ARE ALL CONNECTED by this invisible web of energy, and what you send out has the power to brighten someone’s day even from miles away. It’s like planting seeds of positivity that grow and spread far beyond what we see. If we don’t take responsibility for the energy we bring into this moment, chaos will do it for us.

So, when we are in a high vibration and we send out waves of our light (frequency) and love, we elevate us all. (Even if it’s just a positive note, or text to someone or posting a fun picture or positive quote on socials.)

Let’s be intentional today, and every day and spread positivity and watch the world transform.

☮️

Every kind word, every act of love lifts the collective consciousness.

When you can’t find the light, be the light!
