Did you know that your ears could be the gateway to good health?

Auriculotherapy (or ear reflexology,) is a form of alternative medicine based on the idea that the ear is a micro-system and an external organ, which reflects the entire body, represented on the auricle, the outer portion of the ear.  Ear reflexology can induce deep relaxation and help to reduce stress and anxiety   There is also acupressure, which is non-invasive and does not require any needles, where ear seeds can be placed on specific points on the ear. There are more than 300 auriculotherapy points on the ear, and there are over 280 protocols that can be used with Auriculotherapy.


It was originally based on the ancient Chinese practices of acupuncture and acupressure, which are two ancient healing methods still currently in use. The more well-known practice is Acupuncture. This is an ancient Chinese medicine technique over 2,500 years old, that helps the life force known as Qi, (pronounced “chi”) get into balance in our bodies, to be in a state of homeostasis. It is believed that when there is illness or disease in the body, it is the consequence of an imbalance of these forces.

Acupuncture is commonly used to treat a multitude of things like: neck pain, headaches, back pain, joint pain, neuropathy, infertility, weight loss, anxiety, PTSD, stress and helps to ease pain symptoms overall.

What Are Ear Seeds

Ear seeds are seeds placed on your ear to serve as tiny acupressure devices. They’re a type of auriculotherapy, a traditional Chinese medicine technique that focuses on areas in your ear. They’re thought to promote comfort and relaxation. People may use them to help with paininsomnia, substance abuse, and mental issues ranging from anxiety to grief.

These seeds traditionally come from an herb called vaccaria but can also be made of ceramic or metal. They’re placed on the outside of your ear over certain acupuncture points. They’re usually held in place by waterproof tape and stay on your ears anywhere from 3-5 days and sometimes up to a week.

Ear seeds are safe for just about anyone. Some people use ear seeds along with acupuncture treatments. They may help the effects of acupuncture last longer between sessions.

How Ear Seeds Work

After cleaning your ear with an alcohol swab, a practitioner places the seeds on the outside portion of your ear. It doesn’t hurt, but you may feel some tenderness or warmth.

Once they’re in place, you massage them two to three times a day. To do this, apply gentle pressure to the seeds and move them in small circles.

Auriculotherapy is meant to promote the release of natural endorphins, “feel-good” chemicals in your body. Experts don’t fully understand why or how ear acupuncture or acupressure may help with certain conditions. But there’s some evidence that auriculotherapy can relieve symptoms.

Ear seeds cannot cure chronic pain or other conditions, but they may be a helpful addition to your health regimen, as it relates to alternative health options. It is non-invasive and does not require needles.

SHINE YOUR LIGHT

Just a friendly reminder that you should focus on what you want, rather than what you don’t want. Amplify the frequency of good, of love, of light, rather than one of fear and darkness. 🌒

In the next few days, take moments to reflect, to give thanks, to express gratitude and to manifest the life and reality you want to live. Collectively, we can raise the consciousness of Earth by emitting frequencies of positivity, love & light!

So, let’s put all of our energy and efforts into a reality where the world is loving and kind and provides everything, we need to be abundant and healthy.

OPERATING AT A HIGHER FREQUENCY

I AM. I am happy. I am confident. I am unique. I am smart, I am kind. I am worthy, I am loved and so much more. But even on the days when I know I can affirm all these things, there are moments when my energy is just not up to par.

You know, those days, when you just feel “blah” or your energy is off. On those days when you may not feel well (physically or emotionally,) it is the energy you give and the energy you take in, that makes all the difference in your life. It is on those days that we have to try even harder to focus on our energy, our thoughts and our well-being. When we are not feeling well at any level, it is much more difficult to put out that good energy and positive vibe.

I believe that feeling good and doing good is a life-long journey and it takes daily work. Work like, eating right, doing some kind of exercise or walking, working on mental wellness and doing good for yourself and for others. We are ALL works in progress.

I know you have heard people say “good vibes only,” or positive vibes and that is in reference to our vibration.  This “vibe” refers to a specific energy or vibration, which can be either positive or negative (as in good energy/bad energy/good vibes/bad vibes.) Nobody wants bad vibes, right?

There is a well-known quote that I love by Robert Ingersoll that says, ‘We Rise Up by Lifting Others,” which is absolutely true in my experience. I am most productive and passionate when I am putting out good vibes into the Universe and knowing that I am doing my part to somehow “heal the world.” However, I don’t always feel this way as I am sure you may relate to as well. Many times, when we find ourselves trying to “do the right thing,” or to help other people by giving of our energy as emotional cheerleaders, healers, support system or as confidants, and end up feeling drained by the energies of others.

Sometimes, we can feel drained, simply by our own energy, negative thoughts and poor vibration, especially when we are not operating at our best potential. This is why it is key to practice being in a higher level of vibration and good state of energy. It is just like the analogy of when you are on an airplane, and they give you instructions for the oxygen mask. We tend to ignore those instructions, but truth be told is that we need oxygen, we need good energy to feel our best, in order to do our best, and in turn, to help others as well. It is the best way we can “rise up,” by elevating our frequency to operate at a higher level.

When we feel good emotionally, it is much easier to deal with the obstacles and challenges we are all faced with in life. Difficulties and obstacles help to strengthen our mind and our character but if we do not have the right mindset and energy, then we do not see these obstacles as opportunity for growth.

“Experts now believe that it is vital to raise your vibrational energy/frequency because they believe it is key to affecting your thoughts, emotions, body systems, and behavior, which could impact movement at the cellular and atomic levels.” Nikola Tesla said, “that if you could eliminate certain outside frequencies that interfered in our bodies, we would have greater resistance toward disease.”

We all operate on a certain energy level/vibrational frequency. The higher frequency we vibrate at, the closer we are to Source and to happiness, as well as good health. When we are in alignment, and in a state of good energy, we are able to manifest things effortlessly. When we are out of alignment, there is resistance.

Energy has the ability to shape your reality, based on the principle of quantum physics, specifically, Quantum healing, which suggest that everything in the universe is made up of energy and that how you consciously interact with that energy plays a key role in shaping your reality. The term “Quantum Healing” was coined by Deepak Chopra. It describes how our thoughts, beliefs and attitudes affect the way we experience illness and health in our lives and our Quantum body. On a quantum level, everything is vibrating at various frequencies.

If we want things to change, we have to change. According to Joe Dispenza, D.C., we “can reprogram our thoughts and behaviors to reach success, abundance, and happiness in life.”

Positive energy knows no boundaries and if everyone were to spread positive energy, the world would be a much better place.

If you know anything about me, you know that my family is everything to me, and that I am into the Law of Attraction, good energy, high vibrations and harnessing the power of love and happiness – THAT is the “religion” I practice. It helps me to be grateful, to keep me going when I feel like I can’t anymore. Not only am I into all things good energy and good vibes, but I am also a huge advocate of alternative health options.

It does not mean that there are no longer bad things or bad energy in the world, what it means is that you simply no longer resonte on that lower level. You can still do what you can to help others, who are not as fortunate, but you begin to learn that “Love is the Real Power,” and anything that does not operate on that level, no longer serves you.

The energy we give out is what we get back. What we expect is what we get. This is why you shouldn’t adapt to the energy in the room…you should influence the room!

Winston Churchill said, “We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give.” And in my humble opinion, it is in giving back that we become better human beings so that we can elevate our consciousness. This is why I am so passionate about sharing wellness and mindset motivation. It is the combination of both those things that helps to shift our paradigm.

HOW TO LIVE MORE INTENTIONALLY

Good times. Bad times. We get to experience all of it in our lifetime. Yet somehow, when we flip the date on a calendar to a new year, we expect only good times, and good health, as if there was some kind of magic trick in starting a new year. The trick is actually in knowing we have the power to create the life we want to enjoy the good moments and navigate through the bad moments. We get to choose how intentionally we live, within the realm of our environment and its obstacles.

We are all born with peace and time (limited, but still with time.) As we grow and get older, our environment and often our choices, begin to dwindle that innate peace. And as soon as we are born, that timer starts ticking. We always assume we will live long, healthy lives, and G-d-willing, we will; however, there are many of us, who have gone through life-changing health scares or lost loved ones before their time, (or both,) and as a result, we have learned first-hand that life is a fragile gift.  We know the pain of having someone we love, leave this Earthly plane way too soon. We have also learned by facing death and seeing death first-hand, that “before their time,” can be at any time for any of us.

This is why I focus so much on gratitude and on appreciating the moments shared with family, friends, and loved ones, while I have them. We need to learn to be grateful for everything we have in the moment because as we get older, it is some of those unexpected moments in our lives that culminate into cherished memories.

I know you can’t love or even like everyone all of the time, G-d knows that is no easy task – LOL – but we can try to be kind and compassionate to others. You can try to be the change you wish to see in the world. You don’t even have to be famous to be a change maker. You can make a difference, whether it is in the lives of many people; or just one person at a time, starting with yourself! You can make a difference one day at a time to help change the world for the better. The chaos around us doesn’t change, we change, and we become better equipped to handle life and all the challenge that come with it.

Like Jim Rohn said, “Don’t wish for fewer problems, wish for more skills. Don’t wish for less challenge, wish for more wisdom.” When we shift our perspective inward instead of trying to change the outward, we become better.

This is why I am trying to share as much love and light as I can, even if it’s just through writing and in trying to help motivate and inspire others live as happy and as healthy lives as possible. It is what I believe to be my mission – to help others understand the power we each hold within, to transform our lives and to make a positive difference in the world. For me, as I write, not only is it cathartic but it is often, self-talk. Working on myself is a lifelong project, as it should be for all of us. We have all had some kind of project in our lives, but what we were never taught in school is that WE are the project! We are here in Earth school to learn and become better versions of ourselves.

Start by appreciating your own time and by finding peace within. When you are at peace with yourself and truly happy, it makes it that much easier to be kind and to spread love and peace in the world. Now that doesn’t mean you are going to be all “love & light” all the time. What I mean is, that you can make a difference in your own environment simply by changing yourself. The chaos around you doesn’t change or go away, you just have to learn to vibrate at a higher frequency, so that you are in alignment with love and the good in the world. 

When you spend time focusing on negative things and bad news, you are keeping yourself in a low frequency. You will be pleasantly surprised when you drift away from the programming, the media and societal pressures.

All the little things matter and make a difference – online and IRL (in real life,) but especially when we are out in the real world. For example, you can do small gestures to brighten someone’s day, like paying for someone’s coffee at your local coffee shop. You can hold the door open for someone, or let them in front of you in line, if you are not in a hurry. Don’t road rage when you are stuck in traffic; say please and thank you; smile at someone just because; think twice before you send a sassy or sarcastic reply.  Be respectful of other peoples’ time and the struggles they may be going through. Everyone is going through something in their own way. And everyone is different, but ultimately, I think everyone just wants to be treated fairly and with respect. I think we all want the same things: more prosperity, more peace and more time to live our lives as best as possible in love and in health.


As we mark the calendar with a new year, a new month, a new day…make an effort to enjoy it all, celebrate everything! Plan parties, reunions, invite a friend to coffee, spend more time with family and friends…take time to have conversations, to listen, to share and to appreciate the time you have with your loved ones. Start a new hobby, rekindle a past one; take that trip; visit your daughter, your father, your grandmother or your best friend you never see anymore because you both are “too busy.”  If you are the one who just waits for others to reach out to you, make an effort to initiate the call or text first. 

Don’t keep waiting for the right time to visit or the right day or to take that vacation time. Take smaller road trips; create your own adventures. Time is ticking for us all – make it count! As we get older, it most definitely feels like time is speeding up (maybe it is) but the point is, young or old, time is promised to no one, so don’t wait for that special occasion or the New Year or an anniversary – start enjoying today just because.


Do not wait until you face a health scare, or you get some bad news that someone you love is sick or dying, to really start living your life and appreciating your family and friends and doing what truly makes YOU happy. You cannot turn back the clock. You cannot change the past; you can only learn from it. We only have NOW!

Strive each day to live a life of peace, love and harmony with yourself and with others. Focus on the good, practice daily gratitude; listen to more love songs and less bad news. We cannot expect the world to change, if we are not willing to make changes ourselves, for the better. Start appreciating your loved ones more or at the very least, show them!

We always find the time to go grieve the loss of a loved one no matter what our schedules are, but do we make the same effort when they are alive? We ALWAYS have time for funerals. Why not make time for LIFE?!  “It’s funny when you’re dead people start listening.” (Cue The Band Perry song, “If I Die Young.”) Don’t wait to listen. Don’t wait to live your life fully. Send the flowers now, not when it’s too late. Plant a tree in someone’s honor, not wait for their memory; gift someone a plant or grow sunflower seeds!) Give your loved ones their eulogies in life.

Remember that everything that happens to us, for us and through us, is a test of our evolution as human beings. It is a test of how we respond and what we learn from those, often harsh lessons. Even in the face of tragedy, and loss, we can turn that pain into purpose by helping others who may be going through something similar. When you learn to live your life on purpose with faith over fear, it helps to bring more peace of mind to you and to make our time here on Earth more intentional, thus affecting the collective.

Own your own happiness and challenge yourself to be better! Others can’t make you happy if you are not happy with yourself. When you are truly happy within, you are not willing to settle for anything less. All the lessons you’ve been through have gotten you to this point. Start focusing on how you speak to yourself and don’t be so hard on yourself. “Bashar” says, to repeat this affirmation daily, “I am who I am and that is enough; “I am who I am and that is enough.” Know that you are enough right now and always have the opportunity to become a better version of yourself in terms of frequency. The energy you vibrate at, is the energy you will get back, but it all starts with self-love.

Find what brings you joy, what makes you feel at peace, and do what you feel passionate about and nourish that. This in turn, will bring you harmony within and bring satisfaction and ultimately, happiness into your life. If you live authentically in your relationships, in your work and in your truth, you will begin to radiate peace and love.

But mainly, send a message to your children, your grandchildren, nieces and nephews and the younger generation on how to live passionately and authentically, even if it is in a time we may no longer see, by making every moment count with no regrets. Use your time here in this physical reality to keep learning and making a difference.

Leave a legacy worth following. Enjoy the moments NOW. Don’t just celebrate the wins, celebrate the whole journey. Every year, every month and every day, remember that life is like a book, waiting for the chapters to be written. Our lives are a blank canvas from the time we are born, and we get to design the life we want. The key is to learn, to know and to believe, that we have the power to do so. We can write our own stories and paint our own canvas by creating the life we want by believing, working & achieving our goals 💚

Remember that there are things you prayed for and wished for that are now part of your life. We must take the good with the bad, the ups and the downs. It is all part of the circle of life. How we choose to fill our days, is up to us.

Fill your days with color! Remember to look for the good moments and be the rainbow, when the world feels like a rainstorm. What you never did is done. What you will do is yet unknown. What you have is NOW.

YOU ALWAYS HAVE THE POWER

YOU HAVE THE POWER for change, no matter what day it is!

A date on the calendar will not just automatically bring better times or change into your life. This is the time of the year when we all start making plans on what we are going to do when the new year starts. How many of us say we are going to start eating healthier or go on a diet or start working out or move on, move out, move forward and so on in the New Year to turn over a “new leaf” or to set intentions and all kinds of goals, that are often not met.

We have to recognize that we are always in control of our choices at any given time. We have to create better times….in our lives, and in the world around us. We have to design the life we want! We keep waiting for the right moment in time, but when we keep waiting for that ideal moment, time keeps passing us by.

You cannot expect to flip a switch on in the new year, and everything will just be different. You have the POWER within to make changes, to be happy and to strive to be better, starting now…each and every day, each and every month, each and every year, for as long as we are here on this Earth. 

Most of us know, deep down, exactly what we need to do to make changes, whether it is in our daily habits, in a job, or in a relationship…it is mainly the procrastination and the fear that holds us back.

Intention without action means nothing.

We have the power not only to change our own lives for the better, anyway we can, but we also have the power to affect the collective. The choices we make, matter not only in our own lives, but they have a ripple effect on those around us as well.

We are all responsible for playing a role in saving humanity and planet earth! That sounds a little intense, I know, but every time we are unhappy and hold back from living our best life, we are sending out negative vibrations into the Universe.

When we are in alignment, living in our truth, authentically, in a peaceful state of mind, happiness radiates from within and that emanates onto the world and affects those around us. We have that power! We each have the power to affect the world, at any given time, even if you never looked at it that way.

So, as we enter a new year, a new chapter, let us not obsess about what goals we have to meet or what intentions we need to set, but rather, on what we can each do to bring in the good vibes and elevate the vibrational frequency of the world and to spread much needed 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲 and 𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗲 to this planet, no matter where in the world you are! 

𝗬𝗢𝗨 have 𝗟𝗜𝗠𝗜𝗧𝗟𝗘𝗦𝗦 𝗣𝗢𝗧𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗔𝗟! Whether you help make a difference with hundreds of people or just one, you are Limitless in your ability to change your own life and the lives of the collective. 

Remember, that LOVE is the real force and what we say and do each day, has the power to change your life and the lives of others, not just when we start a new year. 

EVERY day…Keep shining your light and forging your own positive path to health, wealth and mental wellness, so that we can elevate the vibration of planet Earth together.

HOW GOOD DO YOU WANT TO FEEL?

Are you a mushroom eater or not? Personally, I do not like to eat mushrooms but when I learned about ALL of the benefits of taking adaptogens from an organic mushroom blend, I got charged up and was all in!
